Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [support@loomihq.com] within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. If eligible, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
