Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times:
• Europe (IOSS-registered): 7–12 business days
• UK (VAT-included): 7–12 business days
• Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Customs & Duties: We are IOSS-compliant and VAT-registered where applicable. EU and UK customers will not pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
